Refine Pilates


Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that uses a specially designed machine called a Reformer. The machine consists of a sliding platform with springs and pulleys that allow for a full body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and balance.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for a full range of motion. You may also want to wear grip socks to prevent slipping on the Reformer machine.

The studio will provide all necessary equipment, including the Reformer machine, mats, and any props needed for the class.

Yes, beginners are welcome in Reformer Pilates classes. Many studios offer Starter classes that are designed for those who are new to Pilates or the Reformer machine. It’s always a good idea to let the instructor know if you are new to Pilates so they can offer modifications and guidance.

It’s recommended to attend Reformer Pilates classes at least two to three times per week for optimal results. However, the frequency of your attendance will depend on your individual fitness goals and schedule.
